How to send a service to a friend?
You must enter your User name and
password, select the desired service, enter the email address of the person to whom you
are sending the service and press the button marked "Add."
How to get the service delivered to an alternate address?
Simply enter your User name and
password, enter an alternate email, press the button marked "Add," and we
will provide you with the service. Services sent to you via email will be delivered to
your @Gratis email address, unless you provide an alternate email address in the box
labeled for that purpose.
How to UNSUBSCRIBE or cancel a service
In the Log In section, locate the
service you want to cancel. Enter any other appropriate email addresses (alternate
or friend's) where necessary, then press UNSUBSCRIBE.
How to switch the service from one email address to another?
Follow the instructions to
unsubscribe an email address for a service. Then press the" Add" button of
the service to which you want to subscribe. Be sure to include the email address
where you want it delivered. If no email is entered, the system automatically sends
the service to the @Gratis email address associated with your account.
What is the difference between a 10-Day Trial and a Permanent Account?
The services are virtually
identical; however, the Permanent Account will provide you with services and links that
are more specific to your needs. Because the Permanent Service is more tailored,
signing up for it takes an additional three minutes to answer the additional questions
necessary to target your needs. For example, we need to know your area code or your
zip code to provide you with links that are local to you. It is very important
that you switch to a Permanent Account within 10 days to avoid the cancellation of your
service.
Validate Your Identity
Select one of the pull down questions (one that other people are not likely to know the
answer). Insert your answer in the field immediately to the right where it says
"Your answer." This will help verify your identity to us in the event that
you lose your passcode.
