Suggest a new site, URLs are added immediately

We encourage you to suggest and vote for a web site that belongs in a classification. Make sure to position yourself in the correct classification first by searching with keywords or surfing through our classifications beginning from our Startup Home Page. Enter only the information known to you; DO NOT enter a password unless you are the webmaster for that site.  After a site is suggested by a reader, an email is sent to that site's webmaster to complete the information not available to you.

Suggest a new classification

You may suggest a new classification to us via email to info@whosbest.com providing you give us at least six URLs for web sites that belong in the new classification. Make sure to include the classification's parent, description and keywords.

Important

Click on the ranking number of a web site for complete and concise information about it, including: our technical quality index, site locations, phone numbers, email, webmaster, page loading time, broken links, etc.

Competing members

Most classifications have competing members that are ranked against each other.  When a classification contains disparate members, they are not ranked against each other and their descriptions are displayed; however, your quality vote is accumulated.

To vote

To vote, select one through 10; 10 is best.  Rules: only one vote per month per classification.  You may simultaneously vote for every selection within a classification.

Rank

The ranking is derived from your votes and the votes from your peers.  The best sites always top the list. Click on a ranking number for concise information about a web site.

Year

The year the web site started (from domain name registration authority).

Links

The number of links directed to this web site from other sites on the Internet.  Usually a very good sign of the domain's age and popularity.
