On the left frame, select the particular service for which you need assistance.

To move around the different @Gratis services, always click on the top left corner @Gratis symbol.  This will take you back to the "Services" menu.

To get back to the Startup Home Page menu, click the second choice at the top left corner -- Startup Home Page.

To receive help on any of the services, click on the Help? choice at the top left corner.   You will be brought to this page where you can select the appropriate service.
