Your database resides in a UL (Underwriters Laboratory) approved building that is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Several software engineers and technical staff members are always on call. 

Our computers and building electricity are fully redundant with immediate UPS (uninterrupted power supply).  We also have our own natural gas generator in the event of an extended power failure.

Our main web servers reside in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A., where we have over 100 individuals at your service.  We also have personnel around the clock in Detroit, Michigan, and Washington, DC.  We will soon open a 24-hour facility in the Los Angeles metropolitan area in California, U.S.A.  All our facilities are networked together and many computer tasks are interchangeable for redundancy.

Our personnel are finger printed and must pass general honesty and background tests.  According to U.S. law, our company fits into a rare category that is allowed to put all personnel through lie detector tests (polygraph).  Even though your private information is never made available to our workers, every individual must sign a 15 year confidentiality agreement.
